Before placing an order please check that the items of furniture will fit through any passages, stairwells, landings and doorways on the way to the destination room, Care100 cannot be held responsible if an item ‘does not fit’. Delivery personnel cannot dispose of old furniture unless you have arranged this prior to delivery

Mobility Scooters Delivery

All our products come with a choice of delivery methods. Call us to discuss which one suits you best. We prefer to deliver these items ourselves so that we can set them up for you and demonstrate them. This does mean that we do not deliver to the whole of the UK. Please ring for details.

Mobility Scooters Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us, in an unused “as new” condition within 7 days of delivery and receive a full refund (less delivery costs).

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations Mobility Scooters gives customers a 7 day “cooling off” period in which orders can be returned from the delivery date. Upon receipt of the goods, you are required to return the product(s) and are personally responsible for return delivery including any delivery cost. Any returned products must be complete and undamaged unused and returned in its original outer packaging.

Care100 reserves the right to charge for repair, replacement or to refuse any products not returned in their original condition including packaging.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
